While catnip is thought to be something that cats love it is best to note that not all cats will actually be affected by it. The effects of catnip on animals can vary and they will include things like lethargy and aggressive playing.

There are also some other things that you have to keep in mind when dealing with cat toys. One is that it would be best to rotate the ones your cat plays with. Also having one of each type of toy will be good for your cat as well. It is also important that you have a toy that force you and your cat to interact with each other.

If you are going to get a cat you will need to have cat play toys. Before doing this you will have to be aware of the toys available and which ones you want. One thing to keep in mind is that a cat will more often play with a toy they found than one you introduce.
